Help with "Patchme"

So i had to put a fresh install of windows on my computer. And i installed EQ Titanium, when i try to change the Start In box and add the Patchme at the end of it it says "The folder specified in the Start In box is not accurate" blah blah blah....

Did i miss a step? or what could cause this?

don't add patchme to the "Start in:" field, but in the "Target:" field

Jebus... LOL i have done this like 10 times on different comps, and never had an issue, and its because i was looking at the wrong box..
