One doesn't exist yet! (as far as I know)
I'll throw out the obligatory 'there is no single best way' to spend your aa's, because your play style is different bla bla bla. It's true, but onto the good stuff.
What *is* your play style?
Solo, duo with a bot, 4-box, 6-box?
What are your goals?
Do LDONs? Explore & bum around some solo lvl 70 content? Progress up the raid tiers?
I can recommend a partial guide to you:
First take care of your pet flurry/crit aa's.
Second take care of your spell crit and lifetap healing aa's.
Third take care of your defensive aa's.
Some will argue to do defensives first, but if I obviously don't. They're important, but imo, the faster you can kill (offensive aa's) the faster you'll finish defensives.
Where should you grind aa's?
Tipt if you can handle it. Storms if you can't handle Tipt. Icewell/Qinimi if you can't handle Storms. Nagafen's Lair (fire giants and elementals/imps) if you are strapped for cash and at the Icewell difficulty level.
