their has got to be a way to not have togo through the spells patch everytime i want to login . any able to point me in the right path plz . ( unknown error . the launcher stopped working. )

We do not support the eqemu launcher. It will overwrite your client with out of date files. Simply don't use it.

You need a clean client installation (Titanium, SoD, UF, etc) and the latest custom files from our portal, that's it.
