1 week of crashing when zoning

Since some day , 1 week I think, I get a lot of crash when I'm zoning my toons, I think it started with the server halloween event.

I usually box 8, and when I'm zoning my chars, atleast 2/3 of them will end up deconnected, and it's totaly random betwin the chars.

I changed nothing on my comp or on my setting , didn't downloaded anything, well it just started to crash and I have no idea why.

If any of you are experiencing the same problem, I could use an hand here

Maybe it's related with the high server population with the event, maybe it's on my computer side, I seriously have no idea

I experienced the same on saturday.
I was boxing 11 chars on 3 comps.
I usually have around 2 zone crash every 100 zones attempts (totally random as you said).
On saturday that was more than 10%.
As it affect all of my 3 comps I assumed it had to do with server and / or higher frequentation.

As I told you online Firenze, I have got the same problem, though it's better today. Usually I had at least a toon crashing everytime I zoned them all.

What client are you using Firenze? I used to have a problem similar to this when I ran titanium. I would strongly recommend moving to UF or SoD if you're still running the older client.

Also, did you upgrade any software in the last little while? video drivers?

Yep I'm still using titanium, I wanted to know if anyone had any similar problems before changing clients etc.

I didn't changed much on my comp , but maybe some stuff like java autoupdated , it may be the cause of this prob, not sure tho :s

I don't think it has to do with client.
I have the same problem and I use SOD.

Today was cool.
The population was lower than on saturday when it was terrible.
So I d bet it has to do with server population.

There are situations like this time to time. It's unrelated to the server population. I suspect it's some kind of a temporary network problem (packet losses).
Live server is in a datacenter, connected to an internet backbone. Also, the CPU and memory usage is basically nothing with 400+ clients.

Logged on yesterday and got only 1 single crash, my chars zone slower then usual but atleast they don't crash .

I think it was related to the connection with the server.
