donatyor sune buffs not stciking

For some reason my donator sune buffs aren't working on group memebrs, i get the "your spell did not take hold" message. I'm only T5 so obviously donator sune buffs will be better than what I would have normally. I have clicked off all buffs and tried to rebuff -still the same. Sune buffs from the THF Sune buffer works fine. Im using the underfoot client.

Ensure everyone in your group passes /tgb off
