Charasis Acces ?

Hi guys, I was wondering is Charasis dungeon in the Overthere is accessible on this server. I did not see the name in the teleporter zone list.

I went to the zone entrance but it requires a key ( Key to Charasis quest ) I killed the first mob and get the key but it seems that the Chancelor of Di Zok doest not spawn .

I also found out there is a T1 raid version of the mob spawning where the original one spawn, I'm not sure if the "normal " Chancelor still spawn there and have the quest item for Charasis.

Any info would be appreciated !
