world server loss of connection - Late Start Time

Last nights world server loss of connection caused a late finish time in the T8 Xmas raid. We were lucky enough to log in in force to finish T6 and to finish T8. Funny enough this late raid time is exactly what I have been trying to avoid, because I have to get up at 5am to go to work.

Is there any way to shorten the re-spawn time on the Xmas/Halloween raids in the future to maybe 22 Hrs to avoid having to push the raid back later and later. The main issues here is having a real life and wife faction. I would like to not that this re-spawn timer would not result in a increase of actual loot, because raiding happens on a per day basis due to real life commitments.
