Atrebe's Request Quest

Anybody Know where the Atrebe's quest starts? I was looking over the achivements page, and I seem to have skipped this quest.

Head to Vale down the cave past the Vp quest guy and hang a left and another left.. there is a npc in there that gives tasks .. after you get done with task one do task two and while in ssra instance you can locate Atrebe and do his quest within the task 2/quest.

Thanks, no wonder I never seen him, sneaky hiding mobs in caves, what do the dev's think I am .. an explorer?
