Have not tested with anything else, as I am not going to keep farming while not getting evolves obviously. However my Berserker's (Kortik) gear stopped evolving after it upgraded from the initial stage to the second stage.

Relogging and zoning do not seem to fix this.

Just me? Tried again today, same issue.

Boots are at this stage : webtools/items.php?id=120591 and not receiving any points towards evolving as they should.

are you using the default UI or a custom UI? Not sure if that would make a difference or not, but the only thing I can think of if its only happening to you and all your custom files are up to date.

Everything is up to date, it only occurred after the item evolved. It was gaining evolve points properly prior to that. Once the evolve occurred it stopped gaining evolve points as if it were done evolving while everything else that hadn't yet evolved was still gaining points.

As a result I have phase 2 boots/gloves that gain nothing currently while the rest of the gear evolves. Can't really test it any further than this however as its a lot of grinding for it to potentially not give me credit.

We got several reports of non-evolving items. Master Vaion will look into it soon.

If you are having problems with items not evolving I need the following information to really get into it and figure out the issue beyond individual cases:


1) Character Name
2) Item Name
3) Current Evolved Stage (What stage is it at right now)
4) Did this item "poof" on you before?


I have been working on getting a fix made for the random disappearing act that evolving items like to make. Hopefully once I get this no-evolve issue resolved, I will have enough time to get the disappearing act fixed as well.

No Poof

Was turning in Symbol of the Gods. The items evolved from stage 1 to stage 2. At this point they no longer received evolve points from both symbol turn in and killing trash.

Char: Dalinar

Item: a) Shining Alloy Breastplate - just evolved to the 2nd level. This item had previously disappeared.

b) Spirit forged helm - just evolved to the 2nd level. This item had not previously poofed.
c) Spirit forged greaves - just evolved to the 3rd level. This item had not previously poofed.
d) Spirit forged vambraces - just evolved to the 3rd level. This item had not previously poofed.
e) Spirit forged bracer - just evolved to the 2nd level. This item had not previously poofed.
f) Dark Alloy Infused Necklace - just evolved to the 2nd level. This item had not previously poofed.
g) Dark Alloy Infused Ring - just evolved to the 2nd level. This item had not previously poofed.
h) Dark Alloy Infused Earring - just evolved to the 2nd level. This item had not previously poofed.

Going to add a 5th request:

5) did you turn in godly point symbols before this started happening?

Yes on Dalinar. I now have 2 other chars with items that have stopped evolving.

Ladrian:

Sparkling Alloy Infused Robe (Just leveled to the 2nd to last level). Did not poof. Did not use symbols, leveled up through kills.

Elend:

Dark Insidious Alloy Imbued Blade (2nd to last level). Did not poof. Did not use symbols, leveled up through kills.
