The Hidden Forest

I was thinking about picking up a few of these but 2 things made me hesitate.

1. As I understand it, not everything can be sold back for 70%, can this be sold back?
2. What's with the stats? HP/Mana/End +15
Is it supposed to be that way or....perhaps forgot a zero?

I have one of them, though I've never checked to see what it/if it sells back for. I shudder at the thought of wasting a distiller to see what it's worth, so I'm just holding on to it in my back slot for a while.

As for the 15 HP/etc, I assume it's correct. 50 AC is pretty good for a slot 8 LDoN aug, though it's just 15 more AC than the sebilis augs.
