This is the chanter 2.0 and here is the 1.5
Ok, here comes the rant...by equiping the 2.0 over the 1.5, I lose the 60% damage foci, Direct Damage Proc, and keep the same click (I know it is a faster recast, but still the exact same rune?)? The Foci on the 2.0 is 8% less hate, but I'm already pretty low on the hate meter thanks to low DD output compared with melee classes.
How about instead of a self rune that is the same has 1.5, the 2.0 has a group rune like [url]http://clone.thehiddenforest.org/spell.php?id=6671/url] Rune of Rikkukin, or maybe something custom to give it more protection (I vote "Aarcore's Rune of Protection" for the new spell name.)...
Less hate is always good, but only very rarely do I do enough damage to pull a mob off of a charmed pet and have it attack me. On raids, it seems I still get a lot of resists with Ancient Neurosis, even after Tash and Mala, so how about something to make the spells land. Not sure exactly how something like that would work, just trying to come up with some suggestions. Maybe have an effect that raises the level of the caster by 2 or 3 levels to make him more apt to land spells. A level 70 casting like a level 73 would sure land more spells...
Anyway, keep up the good work, just posting my thoughts and suggestions,

Fixed, new spellfiles already have it, server has it but doesn't know it yet (until reload)
