Hello,
Sevarath, the Wraith Caller's Worn2 effect seems not to work. It neither heals the caster nor the group.
Regarding the item description it should heal the group with the dmg done by DoTs.
Worn2: A dark aura gathers around you, allowing your damage over time spells to heal your group members for the same amount of damage that they inflict upon your enemies.
