Noticed this has Focus Effect: True Power, looking at the allaclone all tier9 items seem to have True Power. Which based on the recent focus effect changes should be higher I believe? My tier 8 evolved neck has a higher focus effect in this line for example.

Thanks, fixed for that and other items that had the same focus in tier 9.

There seems to be an issue atm with hotfix, so the change might not go live until the next reboot.
