Monk useable ST Armor

All the monk armor weighs a TON! Is there anyway this could get reduced? The legs alone at 15 stones! Also is there anyway the Orb of the Deep Sea could be reduced to like 2.5 stones instead of 15 also?
So much weight!!

orb of the deep sea still 15 pounds) would be nice to reduce weight to something moderate>
