Items with one day recasts.

Would there be a way to show a timer on items with an insanely log cool down.

Has a 1 day recast (type 11) and never seems to have refreshed when i need it. Some sort of indication of last successful use would be nice. or maybe a still long but shorter reuse say 2 or 3 hours.

is a another such item. With a 15 sec cast only to be interrupted at the end because the recast time has not been met.
