Not sure if this mage toy is suppose to have charges or not with its 10 min recast.

It would be nice if it worked like the Bone toy and had unlimited charges.

Love the change to the recast, but anyway we can get more than one charge on the items. Maybe 5 or 10 charges?

It seems to be a targeted summon, but I haven't tested if it summons to other players, it at least requires a target to cast, if it is self only can that be adjusted?

It does summon to other players. Now if it is suppose to or not is another question.

I'm guessing that it is supposed to be. The bone toy can be summoned to others.
All of the new spells seem to have some sort of draw-back to them so single cast is no surprise. Altho reducing the recast time was very nice indeed.

Rk I is 1 charge
Rk II is 3 charges
Rk III is 5 charges
And its not meant to be a "My only method of DPS" clicky, they were designed to be used as an additional clicky that can be used for a smaller bump in damage.
