Monk and Rogue T8 Armor Looks

I've noticed that T8 Armor for Monks and for Rogue's looks like plate. What gives? This along with the Donor armor (like seeing monks with arm plates, etc.).
Was just wondering if we could get a revamp in these aesthetics that is more "true to scale" if you will. Where the highly coveted armor for the monk and rogue classes looks like leather (different look than druids) and chain respectively.
Is this possible?

but THF is the only place where you can be a halfling monk in full plate =)

Still. I think it would be a good idea to maintain the Class integrity of armor classes. At least when it comes to tier.
Especially Donor gear.

I think the problem with the donor gear is that it's all/all, and plate is the only graphic type that every race / class can be seen in. Better than a warrior wearing silk
Isn't there a mob in the vale where you can exchange your plate graphic gear for a different graphic? I personally like the plate so I haven't tried it.

Details on the parameters of what gear can be exchanged for a graphics adjustment would be appreciated. However what WOULD be a nice idea is to have a mob that would exchange ANY piece of gear for a graphic (plate/chain/silk) change. That would address the graphic issue altogether with a single mob for everyone who wanted the adjustment done.
Would be nice to have a developer chime in on this.

This was talked about in another thread about the monk gear. Pretty much other monks at the them did think it was fine that it looked like plate gear. To me it looks like a combo of chain and plate. I thought at the time It would be cool to have a robe but at this point I really don't care what it looks like. It has grown on me you might say.
