illusion item request - Visage of the Brute

Could this item illusion clicky be added somewhere in THF via quest or drop?

The item, and the quest item needed to get the item, are already listed in the alla clone. But our custom version of the Cragbeast Queen doesn't drop the Misshapen Cragbeast Flesh that is required for this quest. Plus Yxtta looks to be on the zone chart as a T6 zone in the workings. Maybe it could be added as a quest reward or drop in that zone once it is finished? =)
