Crashing when Augmenting items

Is anyone else experiencing an issue of their client crashing when attempting to put 2 items in the birdbath (augmentation station) slots when trying to augment an item?
I have tried to work around it to see if it was item specific. However i am getting the crash with every single time i attempt to aug an item.
Please advise.
