Enchanter spell Euphoric spasm rk1

I believe the spell description is wrong. It says saps targets power,agil,dex,str,ac. This is the same description as overbearing power rk1.
I think it should read increases melee vulnerability by 20, as it says in the allaclone.
Oops wrong category, honest mistake , thought I was putting under spells not items.
