Orc Slayer item reward error

the server was buggy tonight and made naked zoning pop up again. I zoned to CB (naked) ran to Foolin to turn in my completed quest for him. hailed him and got the on screen and chat window update for the Orc Slayer but did not get the reward. Instead I got the message 'No such item: 1734'.
