My wife and I are Donors coming back to the game after a bit of time off. We created new player accounts however are unable to log in with them. We can still log in with our old toons and we were wondering why we cant with our new accounts. Please assist

If you created accounts on thf website make sure you are logging into the thf login server and not the eq emu one.

I can confirm I am on the correct server as I can still log into my old toons, it is the new account I can not log into. I have followed the forum regarding how to create new player accounts but still getting wrong password error.

That mean you are using the eqemu login server and thus you can't connect to THF with your newly created THF account (but indeed you'll access your eqemu accounts like that). THF accounts can only connect to THF via the THF login server.

I suggest you to link your eqemu accounts to the THF login server and use that so you can access both your eqemu and THF accounts via the THF login server.
