I receive this message when i try to log into SoD on my main account , tried to delete files that where related with that account however no luck.
My 2nd account however is not affected by it.

I am not really posting this anyway to hope you guys have a fix for it, but i am sure it will maybe affect more ppl and i already searched if there is anything possible to do to fix the problem but only thing i found was that someone reinstalled SoD but no info if he got it to work, will mostly try that later.

Yeah we're still not entirely sure, we've narrowed it down to: something weird with 64 bit compile or something really weird overall.

We have a separate ls and database. You have to either register your account again here with #setlsinfo, or register a new THF account to be able to play with SoD client.

That is one thing i already did i did #setlsinfo a 2nd time but used the same info at that time, will try to use a different password the 3rd time i gonna try it.

Regarding to make a new THF account.
Does that mean i would need register a new Account at the THF portal ? If so that would mean that my current account woudnt be linked to the new one or ?

They are exclusive ... I found that out the hard way

I am getting the unknown error on only one of my accounts too. I have had this error show up on the tsahosting server and sometimes it has taken days for the account to work

Edit: Btw, It just started - I had the account logged in earlier this morning.

I'm experiencing the same error, with only one of the 6 accounts I use on THF. The oddest part is that it worked the very first time I logged in. I then closed the client back out to install a new map pack, the spell file, and the globalload, and upon attempting to log back in, all clients but one would get past server select. I've even changed my password 3 times over. I've deleted all .ini files relating to that account including the wineq profile .ini file, and still no dice. From what I gather, it my be an issue relating to the encryption, which I remember as being a problem for me when I set up my own server on my system and I couldn't get my own account to actually let me into my own server, until I simply tried another name/pass combination. There's something about the bit encryption that the login just doesn't like....

Maybe some special character in the password? Try something easier but still strong like TaNkZoRuLeZ without special characters as !., etc

My password is just a mix of letters and numbers. I have had this issue with the tsahosting LS too, so THF isn't alone on this one. Oddly enough, I'm having problems with the same account on THF's login that gave me problems on tsahosting's login.

I don't have anything outside of alphanumeric characters in the pass, but I'll try something a little more complex than what I've been trying. My best guess is the username is the issue, but can't hurt to try again.

Random shot - do you use sequentially numbered logins? Like bloodmoon, bloodmoon2, etc?

I do, and the number 5 one always gives me problems.
