The Hidden Forest

I wasnt having this issue before after I did every step to get onto the log in page. But when I load the EQ shortcut an error pops up saying The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000005) occured in the application at location 0x1000f0ce.

I don't know what to do now. If anyone can help me out please let me know what I can do.

I'm running on Window Vista 64-bit if you wanted to know what windows I'm using.

On a few apps I've used, running it as an administrator helped out.

One way to do it is to right-click eqgame->click properties->compatibility tab->Privilege level and click Run this program as an administrator.

I did that I'll see if it will work thanks.
