Unable to change password on private server.

Have followed the below:-
Tried that, and when registering, it says 'account name is already in use'
I have tried logging out and back in incase it had changed my password, but the password has remained the same.

Q7: Can I reset my THF account password?
Yes, from ingame with the #setlsinfo command, just like when you register your emu account to our private ls for the first time. This command will update your password for the private ls. Soon, we'll offer a web form too to do it.
