Howdy...
Nice idea... can you tell me what exactly this will do? Does it just download the THF specific files or will it download ANY missing files in your EQ directory.

I think its server specific files.

from my understanding you download the patcher, and then once its set up, you just run it and it automatically downloads any new spell files or THF installers and places them in your EQ directory, so you don't have to do it manually anymore.

THF patcher scans your EQ folder for any missing/out-of-date custom files from THF. If it detects them, it will download and replace them.

Just to confirm: What it does is update any custom THF Everquest files (custom graphics, spell files etc.) within your EQ folder. It looks to make sure specific files within the folder are there or need updating and if they need either - the patcher downloads it.

Berem, can I make a suggestion?

Allow the patcher to be configured so that you can point it to different EQ installs. I currently have 2 Installs across 2 separate hard drives and it would be great if I could tell it to patch both of them at the same time.

Great application though.. Keeps me from having to copy multiple files across multiple installs. Thanks for that

My suggestion would be to just have the patcher sitting in both install folders with two shortcuts to your desktop. That should solve all of your problems and be very easy to maintain after the initial download.
