New characters start in SQ

Using THF loginserver
New characters start in South Qeynos and not the forest. Made 3 new chars on two different accounts. Same result.

Not consistent, though, as I just made two new characters, and both went to forest.

What does /char say for those characters? Which client are you using?

Tried to download UF client and no problems there. New chars begin in forest.
