Cant reclaim Radiant crystals

They are in inventory but nothing happens when reclaiming. Tried relogging and zoning with no luck.

Hopefully we dealt with this in game, but I had this problem when I ran the SoF client, but it went away when I upgraded to UF. So, I'm guessing it's client based.
