Filter system

Hello.
I'm having a hard time trying to get the "Show Mine Only" setting under the Filter system (within Options). For such settings as Melee Crits and Spell Dmg, I used to be able to use "Show Mine Only" on live servers, but when I try it here, it either hides all or shows all. Has anyone had issues with this, and if so, found a fix? Thanks!
