I accept what you and Lillu say, that archery damage was not tinkered with.
But, archery damage output has changed. I can't get a 20k plus bowshot without trueshot/ring for the wild disc, AND animal power all running, and I could before. Not just for a day or two. After getting the donor bow, the first thing I did was farm augs for it, and test it on vlad to see what it could do - and that was back in may before the additional 14 damage through damage augs in the two new aug slots, the 5 more damage on the bow,, and the additional damage on the arrow. 20k+ bowshots have been a given when buffed and disc'd since then, and, for whatever reason, aren't, now.
Is it possible something got broken? Was something causing those bowshots that high that shouldn't have been the case, since may?
Also, I'm hardpressed to figure out how my earlier parse had 48 more bowshots in the same span of time, on the same toon with the same bow and the same buffs. I tested the fleeting quiver, and it still appears to function. I even went as far as grouping with my bard box, and using the "rabid wolf" AA to try to duplicate the number of bowshots, and I couldn't.
Like I say, I take lillu and you at your word, that archery damage wasn't adjusted. But clearly something has changed...that or I'm really really missing something - which wouldn't be the first time. Either way, figuring this out would make me feel a bit better.
Also, before I forget:

Just for shits and giggles, I double checked that I had t8 chanter haste on the toon, double checked that I had the 8% overhaste clickie, and even grouped with my bard. I just can not get that attempt number to repeat. I gained a few...like 4 or 5 attempts - using rabid wolf and the bard, but I can't get anywhere close to that number.
I have no answer as far as the attempts. Really no clue what so ever. It leads me to believe something either is now incorrect, or was at the time I made that parse. As far as shaman buffs, what am I missing that I'd get from a shaman that I wouldn't from chanter and bard buffs, that I could attribute that many attacks to?
As far as the High hit, yes its its very wild, but also, the number is consistant. High hit is high hit. Whatever your max is, with a given set of buffs, is the number youll get when you get a max hit. That number has changed, significantly, from what it was and has been since the end of may, when I parse against vlad.
If its an AC calculation change I can accept that, as long as that incorrectness it changed was in effect when I got the bow in may. it sounds as if the incorrect AC calculation that was corrected was fairly recent, so that doesn't cover 20+ k bowshots I was making in may and june lol.
It..."feels" as if something is quite different in game, which is what led me to run a parse to begin with. I just want to know and understand, one way or the other, whether I'm missing something, or whether something really IS not right.
What I'm seeing currently, is less damage than I did in the past. Both in terms of high hit, and overall DPS, in spite of an increased 14 damage through augs, 5 damage added to the weapon, and 2 damage and 7 magic damage also added to the arrow. Those changes *should* equate to the highest damage I have ever seen out of that toon, both in high hit, and overall dps. against...most targets, but particularly against vlad who has 0 ac.
In a nutshell, I'm parsing lower DPS and geting a lower "high hit" using an improved bow against the same ZERO AC target, than I did day one with the 3 aug slot donor bow fully augged. And without understanding how or why this is the case, or why it only appears to be the case, its eating at me a bit.
