Mana Flare - 9-13-11 not triggering off procs again

mana flare has stopped procing off weapon procs again. Can you take a look at it pls? Checked with other guild mates too, same issue. It was working this morning, then HoH crashed around 1pm CST and when i logged back on around 5pm CST it is no longer working correctly.

It is still working on casted nukes, but not off any of melee procs. Also not working on rain spells, just triggering on the 1st wave of the rain. It is exactly like what happened before in March of this year. See below thread when this happened earlier this year.

Was great for extra dps with a caster, guess thats a thing of the past now

Yeah, this really hurts healers big time. there isn't really anything we can do to make a meaningful contribution to dps now. I'm sure the staff have their reasons for this change and i doubt healer dps was the cause. Hopefully we can get something to replace it like an LDoN buff line or some other consideration. Healers shouldn't be as gimp as this change will leave us.

pretty sure this isnt a dps issue
