Monk phantom and dragon fang

I noticed the Monk Phantom line disc's are now on the same timer as Dragon Fang/Leopard Claw. Phantom is a 12 second lull and Dragon Fang is a 1200 single target dd. Phantom has a bit of range on it where as Dragon Fang is melee distance. This is the first I have seen of those two being on the same timer.

I don't know exactly, but Lucy says they should both be timer ID of 8. If that is the timer you are talking about, then they are likely as they should be.

Doh, I guess then they are working the way they are supposed to. I was hoping it was just a mistake.
