lvl67 lifetap buff for SKs still gives the message that you must first select a target.

I'm not sure that mental horror works either. I haven't seen a proc message from it.

I couldn't any info on Kiss of life. Is it a normal lifetap or a damage proc with a seperate heal component? The reason I ask is whether it'll be affected by the SK lifetap AAs.

350 DMG proc with a 275 heal secondary. Unsure if it can be focused and crit-able with focuses like True Thunder. I've been seeking an answer for a few days now. How about it devs?

Honestly i don't know if the heal is Focused. My guess would be no as its an autorecourse and thats technically not casted by the caster but the spell.

The DD portion is focusable (what a word) since its magic based.

Could it be replaced by another 'standard' lifetap type spell? SKs get a line of AAs dedicated to increasing lifetaps, which I don't believe will work on Kiss of Life. =(
