Necro spell Call for Blood - Feedback

Heya everyone.

The lv 70 Necro spell Call for Blood's effect is not supported the the current version of the EMU and the Staff is looking for some feedback of what to do with the spell. The spell is suppose to inflict 1770DD and sometimes either raise or lower your dot damage.

So, please post your suggestions/feedback.

SOE has introduced a number of new unique effects with DoN and DoD expansion, and this spell uses one of them.

Unfortunately as many post GoD spell effects it is yet to be codded in

to my best understanding the recourse of the spell has ability to trigger a random duration DoT critical modifier, which may last 12 seconds or may last 1 min.

We can't replicate this EXACT effect, but perhaps we can change the spell to do something simpler, but efficient.
