voice of quellious from sune now only buffs 300 mana instead of 2000 mana. was that intended?

Thanks for reminding us, I investigated and it was a ninja fix. Posted under news update now, why and what's been changed.

I wasn't aware that Sune would buff Clairvoyance which is a totally beefed up spell on THF. No Bots or NPCs should cast it.

That and what Lillu posted are the reasons it was removed.
