Ranger Spell from Cazic Thule
It's just giving that seen-before error of "Target out of Range" regardless of how close or far the target is.

Same thing happens with Empowering Water I. The trick is to cast it on yourself, that bypasses the range check.

Rank 1-3 is now correctly flagged as group buff and a buff (ae) range of 75 added.

I have same problem with Paladins Vengeful Retribution I, have to target myself to cast it.
