Aged Power stacking issue

Aged Power - webtools/spell.php?id=8944
does not stack with
Word of the Alchemist - webtools/spell.php?id=8944
Any chance we could fix that. The pitiful regen on Aged power doesn't compare to Alchemist, but most melee still really want that overhaste.
