The enchanter spell: poison of the brainbender is reducing all spell damages to 0, on the dummys in guild hall, - i think its supposed to add 5% dmg to all spells landing on debuffed npc.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Great you catched it!!!

I confirm that all Spell damages are sometimes reduced to 0. (My wizard but also all melees PROCS damages).

I did not post because I needed more tests as I did not pay attention to what was causing this issue.(I had Bard 2.0, bard songs, Shamy 2.0, Druid 2.0, shamy buffs & enchanter buffs/debuff).

ah so this is the evil spell thats causing issues.

Values were switched in the database. Fix should go live with next reboot.

lol. that would help explain why CT took a year to kill the other night when i was playing my chanter!

o SPELL: Poison of the Brainbender should be fixed.

This spell does not appear to be fixed since the spell is still reducing all spell damage to zero.

It appears there is a coding conflict with this particular spell type and will require additional work to fix. Please be patient to give time to fix this.

Yes, I killed Frogger*tusks until I got this spell, only to discover that it works as a shield against my damage spells! I believe it is supposed to be the level 70 replacement for Synapsis Spasm.

I hope this is fixed!

I'll try and look into this tonight if I get a chance, have a few other things to work on, but I'll make sure to atleast take a glance and see it I notice anything wrong in the code.
