A lot of things to do, so please keep all Tier 8 spell issues (suggestions included) in this topic so I can find them faster to ensure they get into the spell updates.
Oh the fun you all are going to have in DSK3...

Insidious harvest doesnt seem to work with mf3 buff on or familiar on, if both off and no target seems to work.

Sorcerers veil overwrites devotion line of spells.

Final evolv earring is on same timer as 2x exp 24 hour neck clicky and has tier 5 shaman spell where as necklace and ring have t8 spells.

If wizard insta cast spell fizzles your spell bar is locked for the full duration of that spells recast time.

Womos said he recommended monk claw made secondary only because he uses donor, but for those without donor the claw is best used in primary and club in secondary. Could you possibly make it primary secondary pls?

Just observations not complaints dont flame me pls =x

Tome of Echoing Whispers RK I (Berserker Disc) is giving me an error when I right click the tome to learn the discipline.

Error: the item effect can not be used at this time.

I've updated my spell file as of today (twice, just to be certain).

Try giving the tome to the BER GM in Shadowed Grove.

I am aware that I can do that, and is exactly what I did.

I haven't had to do that for previous tomes, however. Right-click has always added previous disciplines to my list.

To add to this discipline (Echoing Whispers RK I):

It is currently on the same timer as the Cold Rage disciplines.

Intentional, or can this be changed? =)

According to the update a few days ago Ornament of Fire Rk. II is supposed to be a group spell. I'm assuming this means if you cast it on yourself everyone in the group should get a Ornament on their cursor. My Ornament of Fire Rk. II spell is still single target only and only my target gets one. Thank you for your time

The tier 8 Necro Pet Void of Death Rk.l summons 4 different types of pet's radomly. There are three potential issues that I have found.

1. The Beserker pet, zombie, doesn't cast a self buff like the other 3, it is noticeably less DPS than the others
2. The Beserker pet also has less AC than the rouge pet, they are both chain classes so the AC should be equal
3. The Monk pet will not allow pet haste with a damage mod to stick, for example level 67 spell Glyph of Darkness will not hold. Glyph of Darkness will land on all other pets.

Zombie = Beserker - HP 38749 - AC 5269 (No self buff, no emote)
Spectre = Rouge - HP 38749 - AC 5424 (Guardian's Ripple Rk. I)
Vampire = Monk - HP 38749 - AC 5269 (Guardian's Torent Rk. I)
Skeleton = Warrior - HP 43399 - AC 7749 (No visible buff, emotes "takes a protective earth stance")

I recently did a little detailed research into the T8 Rk.I necro-pets for my guild. Here's some facts I found relevant to these issues - note that when I say "base" below, I mean before buffs or pet focuses are calculated.

Skeleton (Warrior): casts Guardian's Reflection discipline. Has an additional 3k base HP and 1500 more base AC than the Specter (its next highest competitor). Also cannot be hasted with native Necromancer buffs such as Chaotic Darkness. Buffs from other casters & clickies like Elemental Mastery from Aged Sarnak Channeler Staff work fine.

Zombie (Berserker): casts Guardian's Volley in combat (need to test if it actually does this). Has the same base HP, AC, and ATK as the Vampire. As a Berserker, it occasionally flurry attacks.

Specter (Rogue): casts Guardian's Ripple. Has an additional 100 more base ATK and 100 more base AC than Zombie/Vampire.

Vampire (Monk): casts Guardian's Torent, which needs an extra 'r' in Torrent. Has the same HP, AC, and ATK as the Zombie.

EDIT: Some of these issues have been fixed since this post was made. I've updated it accordingly.

Not sure if this is intended or not, but thanks to the illusion component of the T8 Necro lich (sorry, forgot the name, not at my computer right now) still prevents the use of the VP Robe clicky (Dark Sage IIRC). Makes the achievement of getting the VP robe fairly moot, minus the awesome stats :) Was hoping the illusion effect of either of these buffs could resemble Moon Curse, where you can click off just the illusion, permitting other buffs with an illusion component to land.
