t8 shaman heal not much of an upgrade :(

Any chance the t8 shaman heal could get an upgrade?

As it stands now, it's base heal is only 100pts more than the T5 spell, true regeneration. The 8% chance of the additional HoT is nice, but ultimately not the much of an upgrade over true regeneration because it really doesn't go off that often.
Druids t8 heal is 5200, and clerics is 6800.
Could the shaman heal at least be boosted to closer to 5k or something? I was kind of dissapointed when I saw how marginal an upgrade it was over true regeneration, especially when I'd already dropped the plat to buy it
