New custom zone - Tipt

Tipt, Treacherous Crags is Here...
The Explorer's scouts have once again sent word to allow passage into a new and hostile territory. Tipt, Treacherous Crags... Enjoy!
o Access Level: 65+
o Difficulty Level: Focused on solo to small group 65+ into Tier 1.
o Tipt can be accessed through Qinimi (currently marked as Riwwi zone line if you are using default mapfeign maps).
o Tipt offers a complete set of armor drops upgrades to the Flawless Defiant armor you found in Natimbi. Several new weapons and trinkets also available.
o 9th Explorer Badge upgrade quest. Please have your 8th badge on your toon to initiate the conversation with Jeral Blackhart. (This quest is not repeatable at this time so you "cannot re-quest" it to upgrade for your bots badge).
o Some quest offer access to other "future" zones feel free to complete the quest and access the new zones but be advised they are 100% incomplete and offer nothing at this time.
o HINT: Not everything quest or event triggered will be laid right out in plain sight please explore each and every area sometimes more than once to accomplish your quest goals.
Misc changelog:
o Great Gobbler Race: CoH should only kill players who activly have the task now
o Great Gobbler Race: If you dont have the task you can no longer get ported around
