Bot Nerf gone too far

I understand the nerf needed to be done for high end donors bots because it was exploitable, now they are worthless for tanking anything even trash, In certain sceneros Bots are required to do the job a player cant ex. fding mobs. I spent alot of hard work personally on my bot and now its useless.

All im asking for is a rework of the code so they are properly inline, from what I was told of the bug causing this only 2-3 people serverwide could even accomplish the 98% avoidence but theyve also put alot of money in the server to have those items. My BoT personally was always a challenge healing now theres no possible way to even heal it thru trash.

Not sure what was up with bots from a higher tier perspective but my medicore rogue bot with todays change gained 300hp and lost 300ac.

Kind of sad to hear about what hobbs posted as I was about to make a warrior bot to deal with that annoying FD effect but now im not sure.

Please leave your assumptions out and post facts. There were an AC bug that affected any tank bot with Tier 5+ gear (and has nothing to do with donator gear particularry).
Bot's aren't nerfed, they are fixed now. I understand that you don't like the change, still it's nothing but an exploit fix.

Just wait till next reboot Vaion had increased the mitigation after the first nerf so will see how it is.
Now atm all bots have the same mitigation value, after next reboot tank bots will go slightly ahead.

You are the definition of spoiled. Just be happy you can even play on this server, all you do is complain about bots. One minute you say you love them, when you got what you wanted in the other post, then 2 minutes later you're starting drama all over. This is reminding me of a little kid.

Aye the new checks will put tanks > dps > priests > pure casters. I will continue playing with the numbers and values until we find an acceptable median for this issue.

Lillu: I dont mean to cause any drama and I have discussed this in detail with my guild, oddly enough a equally guild war bot made yesterday before the changes was one of the bugged bots able to tank alot more than my own, personally I think something happened accidently in coding to cause this since hobbitz seemed like a t2 geared tank compared to a newly made t6 war bot.

The bot nerf at the time Hib posted was imho a bit harsh but reason why Vaion adjusted for the next reboot the mitigation value.

Let me give you two examples how gear affected bots before the patch.

Before the nerf.
Example 1:
Created Paladin bot (could had been any tank bot) and gave him all gear i have on my char equiped http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webtools/magelo/character.php?char=Nexor.
Went with bot to DS and let him than for fun and giggles fight first 1 mob than 2 than 3 ..... and stoped at around 8-10 mobs that where all hitting it.
Pally bot was FM from the moment i started and was fighting without a break to regain mana after around 15 mins of none stop fighting Pally bot was down to 97.5% mana.
Now to the interesting part Pally bot never droped under 93% of health regardless if it had 1 or 10 mobs on it, if it went down to 93% a few sec later it was back to 99%.

Example 2:
War bot only tested myself in kael and can speak about other tiers from watching only.
Anyway War bot mainly in best gear obtainable without donating.
Vs Noble Giants in kael could basically take em without barely loosing health in kael, in higher tiers however they required healing, depending on the stuff it was fighting it could had been several healers that where needed to keep em up.


After nerf:
Same bots

Example 1:
Didnt tested against only 1 mob but i think as Vaion summoned me to DS to test my bot had ~3 mobs on it and lasted 30? seconds.(Wich seem actually they died to fast than again bot wasnt buffed)

Example 2:
Tested in kael vs Noble Giants again Bot was Sune Buffed and Noble Giants got bot down to like 50% while tanking.

If a Player would had now the same gear in Example 2 he/she would had barely taken dmg considering gear is T6 mainly and i tested on pre raid Mobs.

But than again i am sure Vaion or other GM's will keep an eye for those things, and eventually get em Balanced nobody says a equally geared bot needs to be better or as good as a player perform, however i am sure we will see em close to the performance of a equally geared player sooner or later.
