Prod for Howling Stones Key

Part of the fun factor for me is visiting old favorite zones.

Can anyone confirm if the Jade Chokidai Prod drops off the Cancelor in LOiO? It's now a world boss and I was wondering if that has blocked the drop for the key quest.

I should check the normal zone porter just to make sure its not listed under Charansis as well as Howling Stones. Maybe I'll luck out.

Howling stones was locked out last time I tried getting in (ports you to arena on entry).
