Out of curiosity, are there any other fixes to this issue?

I bought a new computer yesterday, did a fresh install of the Titanium client, all new THF files and ran the THF updater. THF is literally the only thing i have done on my new machine. I still am crashing whenever I try to augment an item. Any other ideas?

I'm in the same boat.
**Update**
Did yet another fresh install from a different source and that seemed to resolve the issue.

It depends on the source of the Titanium files. It's possible they already contain the P99 files.

If you can, obtain an alternative (ideally not Titanium) source. Titanium is the worst of all available clients for EQEMU. I'm not saying that's the cause, as the only known cause for this crash is the P99 files. Just that, if you're going to go to the trouble to get a new source, may as well avoid Titanium altogether.

I had played on P99 server. was having this issue and to fix it among other issues that titanium has, i switch to Everquest Underfoot. Appears that's what majority of people playing here use anyways as it supports duo core processors. There's a few other differences i notice from the new client and they're good differences. ;)
