The Hidden Forest

Ok when I lauch I enter my username and pw as normal but then I get the connecting to the server message and it just hangs there indefinately.

Here is what I have done so far

Completely uninstalled all EQ games
Manually deleted all EQ files and folders

Reinstalled Titanium from scratch.

Copied that EQ folder immediately post fresh install and renamed the folder

Copied the THFDownloader.exe into that folder

Ran the executable.

Any ideas folks?

Windows 7 Home premium.....1999 works fine but I cant get THF running.

Did you try to follow our player guide? You'll have to manually edit your eqhost.txt file to point to either the THF or EQEMU login server, depending on your account type.

Ok I followed those instructions and had the same result.

Did you register your login account with EQEmulator.org or here with THF? Either will work, but they use slightly different settings.

Aside from that, if you could past the contents of your eqhost.txt file here in a reply, we can probably get to the bottom of this pretty quickly.
