The Hidden Forest

I tried figuring this out a few times but evidently my memory is extremely faulty....

...I know you can buy mounts on THF, some of my earliest characters here have them.
If I remember correctly, one place was somewhere off the Nexus, and the other place was by a lighthouse, I thought near Gunthak but I don't recall how to get there again.

Are there any other mounts available? I liked the drogmors, the lizard cutie-pies. It would be almost awesome to have a quest to gain a mount as opposed to needing to shell out thousands of plat!!!

I think Gunthak was the lighthouse one but i think it's out of bounds on THF, though could be wrong. I did try going there once to make some dye before i found out they were a paid for thing and found i couldnt.

I'm pretty sure the old bazaar sold mounts, which would be off the nexus, not sure on the new one.

I think Sol B and Seb drop the mounts but you'd have to hit up the webtools to be certain. I certainly remember farming them while doing my headhunters.

You can buy them from the stable hands in the bazaar. The cheapest is a black horse for 91 plat (not sure if that's intentional) and the rest vary from 8k to like 92k.

Juggernauts/Fungi men in Sebilis drop mounts, as do the Fire Giants in SolB.

Aye mounts from shrooms in seb chain ones but ive found the run speed is quite horrible even for chain horses its slower then slow. About only use is the medding aspect while casting./

Ayup, the only reason I wanted a mount was for the medding aspect, and my favorite has always been the lizards, because you don't have to peek around the mounts' ears.

Also, I found the mounts in Bazaar stable area, thanks for that!! But darn it, I had an idea or two for a mount quest that's not needed now!! *sulks*

Why not share your idea anyway? Maybe others would like some type of quest for a mount. I actually didn't know that the medfing aspect even worked. I am not sure any of my toons have ever sat down to med since I am always running around with 2 or 3 bards

Share it anyway. Who knows, we might get a giant aviak to ride around on.
