Question because I'm hella new here. What is this global rare loot (rare global loot, loot global rare?) that's happening this weekend? Literally only been here for like 2 weeks so I feel a bit behind.

Rare global loot means that armor / augs depending on what they pushed for the holiday is that it drops from any and every mob globally in any zone.
