The Hidden Forest

I have logged in many times, all files updated, but after I login there are no servers on server select screen...does anybody know why? or a fix? I have re-installed and tried turning off AV and firewall but still no servers show after logging in..any help or solution would be very much appreciated..thanks!

Did you try to fix "eqhost" in eq folder before login?

this is for UF client

this is for RoF2 client

As opmklp pointed out.

Search in your EQ folder (ROF2) for "eqhost" file.

Opening the file will appear as follows - BEFORE:

[LoginServer]
Host=login.eqemulator.net:5999
##Host=login.thehiddenforest.org:5999
##Host=thfdev.dyndns.org:5999

------------------------
Change to - AFTER:

[LoginServer]
Host=login.eqemulator.net:5999
Host=login.thehiddenforest.org:5999
##Host=thfdev.dyndns.org:5999

I tried changing the EQhost file to the one listed as "after" but when I do that I get a login error saying my password or username is incorrect when I change it back to the original it logs in but with no servers showing I'm at a loss as to what the problem is thanks for the suggestions I will keep trying but I know my password is correct it's the same as it has been since I started so not sure why I get that error after changing the EQHost file...

It'll depend on which login server your chars are on, because you get that error when the public eqemu login server is listed, you should probably have your eqhosts.txt be the below.

[LoginServer]
Host=login.thehiddenforest.org:5999

If you're 100% sure your accounts are on the eqemu login server it should be this. And if you use the eqemu loginserver, it does sometimes freak out and show blank sometimes. Usually have to wait for it to stop being stupid and then work.
