Old player returning be getting error message

Hello everyone, I haven't played in years and decided to reinstall. So I followed all the steps in the Getting started section, I downloaded the zip, extracted the files and clicked on thfdownloader and I'm getting an error message about missing d3dx9_30.dll file. Anyone know how to solve this issue, thanks.
