DE mask also drops from a named in KC lower area (jailer?). That's where my shammy got his.

Wood elf= Drops in PoAir, looks random! Also there is a back slot for it too which I will link but don't know location of, anyone know would be a help

Most other things look like GM items, along with the cloak for wood elf, but I thought I'd just see because the item almost seems plausible. Anyway, what I could find aside from the things others already posted.

Mushroom also comes from LDON item, as does Woodelf.

Sand Warrior from LDON Shoulder item.
